By accessing or using the Drofilla Smart Logistics Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. SMS and Mobile Messaging

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Drofilla, you agree to the following terms:

• Program Description: Drofilla sends automated text messages to users regarding order status, delivery tracking, account security (2FA), and customer support inquiries.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction and order activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@drofilla.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
